Serán is pleased to announce the addition of an MG2 Planeta capsule filling machine to support development and mid-to large-scale GMP production. This investment expands our small scale MG2 development encapsulation capabilities and reflects our commitment to providing advanced technologies and expanded capabilities to support our customers' growing manufacturing demands, including late-stage and commercial-scale production. Serán's team members Randy Wald and Valerie Clevenger recently traveled to Italy to complete Factory Acceptance Testing carried out by MG America.

The MG2 Planeta capsule filling machine delivers exceptional performance, combining cutting-edge technology with the quality and reliability our customers expect. With the ability to fill up to 3,000 - 50,000 - with the potential for 100,000 - capsules per hour, it features the integrated multiNETT system for 100% in-process net fill weight control, ensuring precise dosing for every capsule. This platform will enable a variety of filling options, including powders, beads, tablets, minitablets, and other modalities, including mixed modalities.
